Help me loose my flab

In 2018, I paid for life-changing gastric sleeve surgery in Tijuana Mexico. This surgery helped me immensely change my quality of life, both mentally and physically. Which also resulted in helping me with my painful, horrendous periods. However, after losing 85 kgs, I was left with some loose skin, which I was expecting. The journey that followed however was somewhat unknown.

Fast forward a year, I thankfully got pregnant with my second son, Jett. After trying for some time. After a complication, hard birth, and rocky newborn start to life, I noticed my skin had dropped even more and everything was starting to become more painful. In particular, around my stomach - which you can see in photos that I have uploaded to this page. Turning around in bed and exercising started to become more painful. This is when rashes started to appear and have become particularly hard to heal.

I am now facing a hysterectomy, which will be life-changing in itself, but I also need the excess heavy skin removed in order for this chapter of my life to start getting better.

For those who have followed me on my weight loss and getting healthy journey online, you will see that I eat well, have smashed out a number of hikes, and have really committed myself to do well at Boxfit at an amazing gym called 'ACE fighters' in Putaruru. Unfortunately, this progress has been compromised due to the heaviness of my loose skin and uncomfortableness of it. Let alone everyday activities.
