Murray has an injury that effects his mobility. Help purchase safe and reliable transport so he can get to medical treatment.

Murray suffered an injury in an auto accident, many years ago, while at work and this impacts severely on his mobility.

Due to Murray's injury he needs specialized transport to go anywhere. This includes seeking medical treatment and going anywhere outside of the house.

He has been unable to get to treatment for years because of not having reliable transport that meets his injury related needs.

ACC will not help Murray with his difficulties and no other agencies will come to his assistance.

Murray needs to be able to get transport to get treatment for his injury condition so that he can enjoy life more and take positive steps forward.

This specially assessed and equipped vehicle will get him out into the community and give him independence.

ACC paid for the assessment that clearly outlines what Murrays transport requirements are. The assessment specifically outlines the steps that need to be taken but are not being taken by ACC.

Anyone Knowing Murray knows that he is the first one to offer help to others as able.

Use of funds

The main goal is to raise $70,930.00 to purchase a vehicle with a stretcher. This is the vehicle that has been professionally assessed to suit Murray's needs.

Any excess funds will go toward running costs.
