Club SuperCue aims to make a major impact on the New Zealand health system by improving the fitness of seniors and other special populations nationwide with its online, DVD and community- based exercise classes.

No matter where our members live, whether they are wheel-chair bound or fit and mobile, we will have a programme that will suit them and their budget.

Our workouts are fully choreographed, fresh, fun and motivating with just the right balance of safety and challenge. Our point of difference is our “super cueing” (instruction) and education which ensures our participants really understand their exercise and are blown away by the marked improvement in the way they stand, sit, move and feel.

We will also be providing training courses for instructors, and caregivers too, to enable us to spread our net as wide as possible.
