Paul Allen has been diagnosed with Stage IV Glioblastoma, and he just wants more time with his children.
We are lucky Paul is still with us. After going to three different doctors with severe headaches over a number of weeks, he took himself to hospital. He knew something was not right. The following day he had a brain tumour removed.
Sadly there is no cure for Glioblastoma. But we desperately want Paul to get more time. He is a loving, kind and generous man who adores his two beautiful children.
Paul lost his own mother to a brain tumour when he was just 16 years old. He has now had to break the devastating news to his own children that he has terminal brain cancer.
At this time Paul is undergoing radiation and chemotherapy to slow the growth of the cancer. There is no cure, but if treatments are successful, he will have more time.
Paul's attitude is incredible. He is positive beyond measure. He wants to be able to throw every kind of treatment at this cancer.
We thank you for your love, thoughts, prayers and support that you have given us all already, we are incredibly grateful.
Funds raised will go towards travel from Australia for Paul's children, alternative treatments like immune boosting Vitamin C infusions and supplements, and any recommended non-funded drugs.
We thank you for taking the time to read Paul's story.
