Little One was shot in the face by a 22. calibre shotgun and needs her jaw reconstructed.
Taranaki
On Easter Saturday, Linda and Mostyn Simpson returned home from holiday to find their cat Little One crying under the bed. Upon coaxing her out, they found her face and upper body covered in blood. Racing her to the vet on a public holiday, they were informed that their cat had been shot with a .22 calibre shot gun through the cheek, exiting out her throat. Little One now needs her jaw reconstructed, which is expected to cost $10-15,000 plus vet expenses.
Little One is my mum and dads cat
The money will be used to cover Little One's surgery costs and vet expenses.

Hi to everyone. Little One has a long way to go. We are waiting to see if her jaw settles to a point where she can start to eat on her own. If this time does not happen the vet will then decide what will happen next. She is happy and maintaining her weight. Her face is still very sore and is on constant pain killers. We are confident she will pull through. With the help of everyone we will not give up. Thankyou to you all. Mostyn and Linda
