On Thursday 28th March 2019 the Wood family received some devastating news and that one phone call has turned their lives upside down. Russell has been diagnosed with right Submandibular Gland Mammary Analogue Secretory Carcinoma. He is self-employed and has been the main income-earner for his family. In the coming weeks he is about to undergo intensive radiotherapy treatment. This will leave him unable to work and unlikely to be able to work for some time. This already has and will continue to place a heavy financial burden on the Wood family, and they will need all the help and support they can get.
Everyone needs a hand, some time. This is their time.
Russell has a lot going on right now, if we can lessen his worries even a little, we believe it is worth it.
