Help save our beloved chop

So yesterday our family dog chop started acting really strange not himself ,he started vomiting with tremors and not wanting his food at all ,we took him to the vets after an examination and x-rays they have found a bone lodged in his intestine which they have had to put him straight into surgery ,with a massive bill in front of us with a family of four on a single income as my wife is on dyalsis and waiting for a transplant we don't have that kind of money and really need help right now to pay the bill and save our bestfriend chop so please help us if you can anything will help ,thankyou
