Help Support Kirsty Smith as she and her family deal with her recent Stage 4 Metastatic Cancer diagnosis.
Waihi, Waikato
Kirsty is currently facing the toughest battle of her life.
After bravely undergoing treatment at the age of 39 for breast cancer in 2019, she has recently received the heartbreaking and unexpected news that the cancer has spread and she has now been diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Cancer. This means that the cancer has spread to other organs and parts of her body. As she begins this next phase of treatment, her focus is on spending as much time as possible with her husband Luke, and kids Aliya and Blake.
To give Kirsty the care she needs, both she and her husband have had to step back from work. This has brought significant financial stress at a time when their energy needs to be focused on Kirsty’s health and their time together.
As a dedicated wife, parent, friend and local teacher, Kirsty is a much loved member of the Waihi and Waikino communities, known for her warmth, strength, and great sense of humour.
Your generosity will allow Kirsty, Luke, and their children to focus on what truly matters: spending precious time together as they navigate this journey.
If you would like to donate meals to the Smith family, this would also be very helpful. You can contact Lou on 021 125 4228.
