Help Te Rauroha Paki Represent New Zealand in Vancouver
Fifteen-year-old Te Rauroha Paki from Northland is one of New Zealand’s top young swimming talents. A member of Northwave Swimming Club and student at Pompallier Catholic College, Te is a rising star.
At the 2026 New Zealand Age Group Championships, he broke the national 15-year-old record in the 200m backstroke (2:02.91), won five gold medals and one silver, and received the Swimming New Zealand Life Members Trophy for the Most Outstanding Performance.
This August, Te will compete for New Zealand at the Junior Pan Pacific Championships in Vancouver, Canada, against the best juniors from the USA, Australia, Japan and beyond.
International competition is expensive — flights, accommodation, fees and training all add up. Your donation will help ease the burden on his family so Te can focus on performing at his best.
Te is humble, hardworking and chasing big dreams. Please support this rising star and help him make New Zealand proud!
“Proud Nan who has raised Te and backed his swimming dreams from the start.”
