I will be cutting off my dreadlocks to raise funds to send to Australia for the victims of the current bushfires.

Nationwide

Hey Everyone,

After having my dreadlocks for 14 years, I have decided to cut them off in order to help raise money for those in Australia suffering as a result of the deadly bushfires. I will be cutting them off on the 18th January, and will post progress photos on the facebook event, and on my Facebook profile. Please help with even just a little for a very worthy cause.

The facebook event is here:

To date, the bushfire disaster has claimed the lives of at least 23 people, with more still missing. Approximately half a billion animals have been killed and over 7 million hectares of land have been burned in the fires. At least 1700 homes have been destroyed.

I will be raising money for Australian Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery, and your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate a little or a lot, everything helps.

Thank you for your support. I've included information about Australian Red Cross below:

"Your donation to Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery helps our emergency teams to do their work - including the bushfires we're currently seeing across NSW, Qld and SA, and disasters yet to come.

It enables us to give people the support they need in disasters: whether that's help to prepare, a safe place to take shelter, psychological first aid, information, and practical support through the months and even years it can take to recover".
