Help this family from losing everything they have worked so hard for in this time of hardship.
Bay of Plenty
At the start of 2018 Daniel Telessa and their two children Daysha 12 years old and Jordan 4 years old ,received notice from their landlords of their return to new zealand ,giving the family just 6 weeks to find a new home in a already pressured and inflating market .
Shortly after Daniel (father) suffered what was put down to a injury at work in march had to stop work as a builder to follow up treatment on his elbow which was fully locked in position at 90 degrees. After 5 months of continuous scans and tests ,surgery and removal of the 5 cartilage based tumors the biopsy returned the results as a rare disease know as synovial chondromatosis ,which in turn canceled any acc financial support, with still a long road to recovery before returning to work.
As if that was not enough for this already struggling family ,and with daniel only a few days out of surgery ,their son jordan was invovled in a accident at a friends farm resulting in a broken femur bone with more restless nights and tears in hospital, the end result was for him to be put into a full lower body spica brace cast.
Depending on the alignment after x-rays this week he may still have to have a steel rod inserted through his knee and up through the middle of his femur bone.
I am setting up this page to help my family in this devastating time ,they are fantastic hard working people that only want to do best for their children and save them from being homeless until they get back on their feet .
thank you kindly shontal
To try and lend a helping hand for my sister Telessa and her partner Daniel in a extremely hard time of financial and emotional hardship .
Funds raised will be used to pay for everyday living costs ,rent ,food and schooling whilst they try to get back on their feet.
The goal is to get through the rest of the year until Daniel recovered and back to full time work after his injury.
