As you all know, India is going through one of the toughest times she has ever been through. Covid is trying its best to pull the country apart, taking along with it many of our fellow beings and it's not backing out. This is a country that has extended wholehearted support to foreign nations by exporting medicines, vaccines, and support even during her own trying times with Covid during the first wave.

But this time around Covid has returned and hit India harder. The hospitals are at capacity, there is a shortage of oxygen concentrators and ventilators for the patients, a shortage of vaccines for people trying to get immunised, and not to mention the shortage of burial sites for the dead. India is bleeding, India is screaming for help. India needs our support more than ever now.

Some of you may have been impacted directly with the loss of near and dear ones, but almost all of us are impacted in one way or the other as fellow human beings. We need help keep India strong. It is our turn and no less than our duty to come forward and extend wholehearted support. It's this compassion and kindness that will make us true humans.
