We are seeking assistance to pay for court costs in respect to a LBP complaint decision for which an appeal has been lodged.

Auckland

Jeff was exonerated except for the technical offense of not providing a RoW. This was not the subject of the complaint but a matter raised by the LBP registrar. There are 4 errors in law and 6 questions to be resolved under the appeal. The clarifications sought from the court will benefit all LBP's and non LBP's in understanding Restricted Building Work and when a RoW is required..The decision and notice of appeal is available on request.
