Hello my name is Faamelea Molia I am a mother of 2 and I am creating this page on behalf of my 9 year old daughter who has Rheumatic Fever.

On the 3rd of February my daughter had a open heart surgery and due to this I am not able to work to help save for her dream to go to disney world. She was diagnosed with Rheumatic fever on January 16th 2017 and we have been in hospital for over a month. Life is to short to take any chances and I would love to make her dream come true by taking her to disney world and traveling the world with her family as she has this disease for a very long time😢

I am involved in this because it is my baby and my youngest of 2. It was so heart breaking seeing her go through everything the surgery the pain etc it was terrifying I hated every moment but I thank God she is doing much better now. I am also her mother and she deserves so much after everything she has been through.
Use of funds
The use of funds will go towards her passport , accomodation and flight fares it will also help pay for me also as she always needs a caregiver with her. Also if there is extra funds that will be used to spend on her to make her trip extra special...
