Cat Rescue Needs a Center!
Cat Rescue has reached the stage where to continue our life saving work we are in need of a head quarters as soon as possible.

We would love more than anything to be able to buy a property but that is not something we can afford to do at present. So we are looking for somewhere to rent.
We are looking for an affordable property that is ideally on the east side of town. With a large backyard where we can place temporary buildings on it to house our cats and kittens in care.
We would have tenants to help with the upkeep of the house and look after the animals. We would love a lockable garage, a tidy house with a large lounge where we would be able to hold our monthly meetings and other small events during the year.
This is a big step for Cat Rescue and a very exciting one as well. We would love to continue to grow to help the stray cats of Christchurch but in order to do this we really need a center.
About us
Our main activities are desexing stray cats and rescuing, socialising and rehoming kittens. We also advocate the importance of desexing to the general public and promote the early desexing of cats and kittens before adoption.
