Moriah, Lupeituu, Toddler 'will very likely die' if she has to leave NZ Little Moriah will "very likely die", tonga
Auckland
We the undersigned unite to appeal to the Minister of Immigration that Filipe, Maggie, Robert and Moriah Lupeituu be allowed to live and work in New Zealand permanently.
If Moriah were to leave New Zealand she will face certain death due to her medical condition. Tongan hospitals cannot cater for her situation. Moriah needs special medical treatment and care for her development and growth here in New Zealand. Maggie needs to be with her as she is her mother and primary care-giver. Filipe has a good job here and needs to continue working to support the family. Robert, Moriah & only big brother, needs to be with both his parents in NZ. The Lupeituus must remain together as a family unit in New Zealand.
Returning to Tonga is not an option as Moriah will certainly die.
Moriah is my second daughter she was born with a Global delay in her brain is basically a brain disease. That actually affect her growth and also her muscle tone is really low. That she still wasn't able to walk or crawl yet, she still wasn't able to hold something on her arm nor eating on her own. I as the mother has 24 care and looking after our 5-year-old while my husband works full time to support us.
It will help us to able to pay for the lawyer that process our visa, paying bills that we as cannot able to pay. Put food for our family, and get warm clothes for our kids and heater to keep our house. Putting petrol to the car to take Moriah to her appointment which
