Badly need Insulation for our damp home making us sick .please help

I'm a single mum with a child who has disabilities

My son was born with one ear and is half deaf

And has other learning and vision problems.

Due to his disabilities my son can't get sick ,as it can affect his hearing and could make him 100% deaf.

My house was built in 1920s and is near a hill.

It is very damp and cold .

Every morning I have to wipe the windows as they are always dripping wet and are bringing black mould into my house and makeing the walls damp.

the house has no insulation and is very hard to heat .

I struggle to be able to afford to heat it as is.

The government pay 50% of the cost of the insulation .

So I'm in need of help to cover the extra 50% I'm needing to pay which is $2618
