Our programmes aim to provide people with the knowledge, skills and resources they require to make healthy choices.  Healthy Futures also works with a wide range of organisations in the greater Wellington region, to advocate for changes that will make it easy for everyone in our communities to choose healthy options.

Healthy Futures supports healthy nutrition and activity through our programmes such as Garden to Table, WELLfed and other community health initiatives.

Use of funds

Your donations enable Healthy Futures to continue our Wai Water initiative aims to reduce the incidence of preventable disease in children in our region by:

- reducing sugary beverage consumption

- promoting water as the best option for staying hydrated

- advocating for changes in our environments that will make it easy for everyone to choose the healthy option of water.
