To take Hunter and Jaimee to experience international Highland Dancing competition at Paris Disney
Taranaki
My son Hunter (9) and daughter Jaimee(7) both compete in Highland Dancing competitions in New Zealand. This year there dancing teacher Morgan Bamford (previous World Champion) is offering a fantastic opportunity to experience dancing against competitors from all around the world at the magic of International Gathering Scottish Highland Dancing on 22nd to 26th November at Disneyland® Paris.
IGSHD is unlike any other Scottish Highland Dance event in the world. The Gatherings are unique and fun events designed to bring families and schools together in the magic of Disneyland Paris.
Combining Disney themed challenges and traditional highland competitions (with amazing Disney prizes and awards) with unmissable Disney showcase and performance opportunities including the spellbinding IGSHD Pre-Parade finales through The Magic Kingdom providing magical memories to last a lifetime.
There are only a handful of competitions held each year and even fewer boys dancing. We would like to take both our kids but particularly Hunter there to meet other young boys competing and see the opportunities and develop international friendships.
To pay for entry to competition which includes four night accommodation - each entry is around $1000 New Zealand dollars
