A little help with Jazzy’s medical fees

My name is Jazz, I’m 6 months old and last week I got very sick, I went outside to hide cause I was sore, but my Mama came searching for me in the bushes and took me to the emergency clinic. The Vet did their best to fix my sore tummy. Even though I’m skinny, the sore in my tummy put me off food and I’m more skinny now. I’m getting better.
It cost a lot for the Doctors to help me feel better, and I stayed in hospital all weekend, but my Mama and Dad said they would do whatever they could so I could get better. It ended up costing $3785.00. I’m better now, but my Mama & Dad could use some help paying off the credit card now.

I’ve got pet insurance now, so if I feel sick again, it won’t hurt the credit card again.
