    Talofa everyone - just wanted to post an update regarding the use of funds now that the page is officially closed.

    As I mentioned in the last update, at auntys last hospital visit, the doctors advised they didn’t believe auntys immune system could handle the treatment, which this page was created to help fund. The funds already generously donated will go towards seeking a second opinion and also looking at alternative approaches - mainly herbal healing.

    Words cannot express how grateful we are for everyone who shared, donated and sent us well wishes. We only ask that you continue to uplift aunty Liga in prayers. God bless you all x

    Today, Thursday 14 Jan, aunty was discharged from the hospital after being in for 3 nights. After more testing, her doctors have let us know they no longer believe the therapy we are fundraising for will help. This page will remain open with no goal for donations, but will go towards general financial assistance for our uncle and little brothers. We want to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for sharing and donating, and especially for the well wishes, thoughts and prayers for our family, especially aunty Liga. We will also contact donors individually regarding their donations. For now we are keeping her steady and comfortable, hoping for the best and relying on God. Our aunty Liga is a fighter, with faith that can conquer anything, her strength encourages us all. We pray for God's love and blessings to be showered upon you all. Faafetai, faafetai, faafetai tele lava.
