Please help to send Keri to Kona, Hawaii to represent New Zealand at the Ironman World Championships in October 2016.
Nationwide
Keri is a working mum with a full time job in the Legal Profession. She has qualified to represent New Zealand at the Ironman World Championships in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii on 8th October 2016. She did this by winning her age group at the Ironman Asia Pacific Championships in Cairns. Ironman consists of a 3.8k swim, followed by a 180k bike ride and finishes with a 42,2k marathon. Kona is regarded as the most difficult of endurance sports in the world. As Keri is an Age Group athlete she gets no funding towards her sport. Everything is paid for out of her own pocket. As such we are asking for help from the NZ public to assist her in her goal of taking on the rest of the Worlds top triathletes in October. All donations will go towards flights, accommodation and car hire costs.
