Expenses to return Kirione home to New Zealand from Australia.

He kura tangihia
He maimai aroha
On June 11, our cousin Kirione Takaka Maniapoto aka Dots was sadly in a motorcycle accident that confined him to Princess Alexandra Hospital, Brisbane.
After 4-5 weeks of being on a road to recovery, complications saw our cousin take a sudden turn for the worst and was sadly taken from us on Tuesday 28 July, 2020.
The whānau have decided that Kirione will return to his ūkaipō in Waikawa Bay, Picton to lay with his koroua Karaitiana Poki who named and help raise him.
With the financial pressures that are involved in returning Kirione and his whānau home as well as COVID-19 restrictions adding to this financial burden, we have created a give-a-little page to ease these stresses on the whānau and help bring him home.
Your koha no matter how big or small will be gratefully received with aroha and humility at this very challenging time. The whānau give their thanks and gratitude thus far for all your messages, prayers, thoughts and love.
❤️❤️❤️Ngā mihi maioha ki a koutou katoa❤️❤️❤️
