Tara needs help cancer sucks

1st stage of journey Tara found a lump back at the start of January got a referral for a mammogram and ultrasound which confirmed she had a tumor so the specialist did a biopsy straight away and she had a doctor's appointment which the results were breast cancer, she has an invasive grade 2 and grade 3.

she had a specialist appointment today to go over surgery and treatment options.

CT scan being ordered to look for more cancer cells

She has had another biopsy to check lymph nodes under her arm

2nd stage of journey..(Done).Surgery is to remove lump and lymph nodes

Chemo and radiation to follow surgery

3rd stage of journey She will be starting chemo she is having 2 different types of chemo the first one will be 4 rounds 3 weeks apart then she will cross over onto the other type which will be every week for 8 weeks then have a break then straight into 5 weeks of radiation.

My niece moved to Australia, over a year ago, and to do chemo she has to travel to Albany which is 3 hours away and Perth which is 5 hours away.
