After many hours of hard work, author Emma-Jane Uren, illustrator Kasia Wiersinska alongside editor Julian Vesty have collaborated to breathe life into the story "Collecting Stones".
Join us on a special adventure with Grandpa Harrier as he flies across lands near and far collecting river stones to tell his stories!
This is a story with a beautiful little message about keeping our stories alive for future generations.
Inspired by the great story tellers in our lives who have come and gone.
We want to honour these wonderful people by sharing little bits of their stories along with our own!
We are hoping to raise funds to publish a limited print run of 50 copies by late November 2020. Majority of these books will be gifted to local libraries.
100% of the funds will be used for materials for the print run.
Use of funds
All funds will be used towards the publishing process. Any money that is surplus to this will be given to a registered charity here in Christchurch.
