Lets Take The Kids Flying In BETSY the DC3 Over Auckland City

    Thank you once again to the lovely people who supported the kids for our recent flight around Auckland City in Betsy the DC3.

    We have a few dollars left in the kitty from the earlier flight which we are putting towards a Christmas flight. So we have less to raise for our Christmas flight all thanks to you guys.

    We will be sending our "Little Elves" up to help Santa over the skies of Auckland on Sunday December 6th. Make sure you look out for them or better still, make your way to Ardmore to be part of the Christmas Celebrations which will be in conjunction with the New Zealand Warbirds Open Day.

  • HELP NOMINATE A KIWI TROOPER FOR THE SPARE SEAT ON BETSY

    25 of New Zealand's amazing kids can't wait to go flying on our Maiden Voyage in Betsy next Sunday from Ardmore Airport - Auckland and the extra funds raised have us well on our way towards our Christmas flight with Santa. Yay!

    We have one spare seat available for a candidate we'd like YOU to nominate. If you know of a little trooper that we should be taking flying then please tell us a bit about their journey here on our facebook page (please only use their first name)

    We will choose our passenger on Wednesday 29 July. He/She will need to be medically fit to fly and have their parents consent if under the age of 18. They will need to live near or be in Auckland on Sunday 2nd August. The winner will be drawn out of a hat.

    A huge thank you to everybody who have made this flight a reality for 25 of New Zealand's amazing kids. You guys have generously raised the money needed for our Maiden Yoyage. We can't thank you enough and the kids can't wait to go flying!

    It's actually gone so well that we are now over subscribed so we have decided to let the campaign run until it expires on July 24 and all extra funds will go towards another flight in Betsy the DC3 at Christmas. Santa is going to be on board and will be spreading plenty of Christmas cheer all over Auckland with the help of our very own little Elves.
