Mongol Rally 2018 - Loodicrous Racing raising funds for Crohn's & Colitis NZ and Cool Earth

Let’s get Loodicrous…

Around 20,000 New Zealanders live with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) including Renee (Simon's sister and Mats Wife) The disease can affect and inflame anywhere along the digestive track, from your mouth to the anus and it can have a major impact on the lives of those with the disease. Especially children, due to the many constraints it creates and no known cure.

Loodicrous is our attempt to help people with IBD through raising funds for Crohn’s and Colitis NZ by completing the 2018 Mongol Rally – with the team name Loodicrous Racing.

We will be covering 16,000kms across 20 odd countries and all in around 60 days, in an effort to raise funds for a charity that is close to our hearts, and have a bloody good time along the way. We must raise a minimum of $1,800NZD, however we are striving much higher than that, and would like to raise at least $10,000 for CCNZ. This is where we need your support.

We need your donations, big or small, it doesnt matter, it will still have an impact on someones life.

P.S have you worked out how we came up with our team name?? Part of IBD is having to use the toilet a lot, so we modified the word Ludicrous (being the crazy rally) and added the word Loo (toilet) to become Loodicrous racing. We are planning on having a toilet strapped to the roof of our car for some added…downforce!
