Lyall Bay Surf Life Saving Club New Building Project

Contact me in regard to the ongoing fund raising for this project, help comes in many different forms and from many different places, if you think you can't help, just giving us the name of someone who possibly can is helping. We have a great team that can think of nothing better than to speak to anyone that can join this project to see it completed by the 2016/17 surf life saving season.

RIGHT NOW WE NEED YOUR HELP!

As you may know, Lyall Bay Surf Life Saving Club has been providing continuous services to our local and wider community for over 100 years; in fact we were the first club to actively patrol a beach in New Zealand.

Over the past century we have had a number of club house facilities at Lyall Bay and our current facilities are no longer fit for purpose and need to be replaced. After stalling for a couple of years our new building project has been injected with a new lease of life to focus the club and all its supporters on getting this project financially over the line by the end of this season (March 2016) and construction underway in the 2nd quarter of 2016.

To date we have secured over 60% of the funds required to complete the project ($2.1 million of $3.2 million required), therefore, as this project is for the benefit of the whole club and the wider Lyall Bay and Wellington communities we need everyone’s help to get this project finished.

We fully understand that help comes in many different forms from many different places and we are not simply holding our hand out for money,……… we also need to connect with people who can provide us with heavily discounted or free goods and services that we can use in the building project or on sell for the benefit of the building project. We are seeking expressions of interest from suitable suppliers that would like to be involved in with this project the Lyall Bay Surf Life Saving Club and the local Lyall Bay and the wider Wellington community.

We will consider anything and everything;

END OF LINE, RETURNS, ONE OFFS, SLIGHTLY DAMAGED, OVER ORDERS, LET US KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE IN THE AREAS OF DEMOLITION, SCAFFOLDING, STEEL WORK, BUILDING, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, GROUND WORKS, CONCRETE, TIMBER, PILING, ROOFING, WINDOWS AND DOORS, PAINT, FLOORING, BATHROOM, KITCHEN, OFFICE, FURNITURE, HVAC, FIRE, SECURITY, FITTINGS & FIXTURES, FENCING, LIFTING AND BUILDING EQUIPMENT & DISCOUNTED LABOUR.
