Stroke road to recovery (Margaret Chopping)

$415 of $40,000 goal
Given by 13 generous donors in one year

Our nana Margaret is 82 years old recently had a major stroke at her house leaving her on the floor on her own until my mum went & checked

Auckland

Our nana Margaret is 82 years old, she has done alot of mahi for the Otahuhu Maori Wardens for the last 12 years, other mahi includes the Budget Services, Outreach and delivering pamphlets throughout South Auckland. She has always been there for everyone in time of need, so I think it's time we GIVE BACK to our nana and show her how much we care and appreciate her and her kind loving heart. Our nana suffered a major stroke at her place and is now in hospital recovering day by day. While she's recovering we have been told that her tenancy is ending on the 30th October 2020 which is causing a lot of stress for our whanau, nana has no where to go until a house is appropriate for her special needs(wheelchair), however they have not found anything suitable for nana, so we as her whanau have come to the conclusion that our nana has to go into a rest home, which we didn't want but we are left with no other options. Thank you so much for your contribution, god bless 😍
