Marshall's final send off

My long time friend Abbie has lost her oldest son to long term health issues.

She is the most generous, caring, strongest and amazing woman and mother I have ever met.

Marshall has been her everything for almost 21yrs and even when her two youngest came along, she still did everything she could to be a Mum to her three babies. l have watched her struggle through so many things and always come out with a smile and the determination to give her kids as much as she could.

Sadly though Marshall has fought his last health battle and she is now finding herself in the position to have to pay for a funeral. She has been on her own until meeting the man of her dreams a year ago and today l watched him sand a casket back to be repainted so her boy can have the casket he deserves as they know a funeral is going to cost $10,000.

Watching him do this for a child he loves like his own just broke my heart and l feel they deserve so much more than having to struggle to find the money needed to give him the send off he deserves.
