Mary's Ultra Marathon
To minimise the total cost & ensure full attendance at our Mt Cook Camp, I'm aiming to raise money by running a 50KM Ultra Marathon.

Here at Hinds School we've been busy preparing and fundraising for our 5-day camp to Aoraki (Mt Cook) this month.
Whilst wondering how I could help out in terms of fundraising I stumbled across an advert for an Ultra Marathon coming up in Hanmer Springs. I've been a keen runner for a few years now, but 50km is unchartered territory. Eeek!

I'm involved as I'm the Year 7 & 8 teacher at Hinds School.
Use of funds
Funds raised will be used to minimise the cost of camp for families. This could mean more children are able to come & experience Aoraki and benefit from education outside the classroom experiences.
