Jan 2016 a support group for anyone with mental health was set up in Hawera , almost 2 years years later now and we are still going strong with growing member numbers, we are an independent group who work hard to raise money by raffles and BBQs to keep our group going.
We meet weekly and offer a safe place for anyone to come and have a coffee and talk about mental health , we share stories ,laugh , cry.
We provide info and can refer to other mental health organizations ,we have guest speakers often on many different things

Use of funds
the money we raise will be use to pay for the day to day running of our support group that is held weekly eg Rent ,Stationery, tea&coffee etc
