I need funding in order to offer a service to those in need. It is my passion to offer Life Coaching to those with a Mental Illness or Vulnerable. I am aware these people can not afford a Life Coach. Life Coaching is often $150 an hour. Life Coaching can benefit a person to find recovery and rehabilitation.

I want to spend an hour a week with each person up to 7 weeks. Teaching them Mindfulness and Resilience. They can benefit by having awareness and focusing on themselves and rid themselves of the victim behaviour. Most importantly set goals and gain perspective on their thinking and alter their moods positively.

It's largely known those that are vulnerable or with a mental illness have to help themselves yet often don't understand their own needs and relapse over and over again.

I want to make a difference and prove Life Coaching is a service needed to support those in need to recover well and not relapse and even rehabilitate themselves to not relapse again.

If we help those in need stress can be taken off mental health services and then they too can focus on recovery and rehabilitation.
