Mum. And Child who have lost everything

Help needed for Mum and child who have had to dispose of items contaminated by asbestos in their home. They are generous and loved people in the community and I would be so happy to see them smile a little on Christmas day.

Dust samples found to containing asbestos were located around fireplace, lounge, hallway, dining, kitchen, bathroom, entrance way, main bedroom, and carport area. The HAZMAT consultant has recommended all areas undergo an environmental clean (under class A conditions, AND that all porus materials (like couches and other soft furnishings) are disposed of as asbestos waste there's also the $2k emergency accommodation. As well as all the extra spending that has left her financially stressed- buying food that's normally in your pantry, the emergency clothes,  petrol to drive 90 minutes to affordable clothes shops etc etc etc etc

Their content insurance is enough to cover the estimate for disposal of items to make way for the decontamination of the house. We are unsure how much insurance will cover for associated costs and are waiting for this to be approved.

The Mum is also locked out of her workroom for 6 weeks so she is losing her ability to make income during the time of year that people buy her products she makes. She has contacted winz and they have said they won't help with anything at the moment. She has no family in the area.

In a few days they are flying out of the region to stay on family's couches for 5 weeks while their belongings are being disposed- for that reason she can't recieve items like kitchenstuff etc at the moment.

It was a hard decision for her to allow me to reach out for help; her privacy is important to her. This is why I haven't included identifying details about her. If anyone is concerned I may be a scammer please message me and I can prove this is a genuine request.
