My Gender Affirming Surgery

I'm a trans woman and have been on HRT for the last three years. I've been on the public waitlist for that time and am tired of waiting for our public health system in NZ to catch up (the idea of waiting on a list for 10+ years is absolutely terrifying to me; I've tried to get a solid response from the hospitals but I get very vague responses) and am hoping to self-fund at this stage so I can live my life as I am without waiting any longer.

I've been looking around and have had a quote from a surgeon. The procedure as well as accommodation costs will probably come up to about 24k NZD - and that looks about right to me. I'll need to pay for flights as well, so all up that's a lot of money!

So, here we are. Anything at this stage would be so incredibly appreciated. I love all of you.
