My Super Hero Son who wants to save the world with Autisum, chrones and now final stage cancer

$7,020 donated
Given by 70 generous donors in around 6 months

We are raising money for memory's with our eldest son, before he passes.

Northland

My boy is now 20! wow. Diagnosed with autism at 4. he has struggled with bullying all his life. But he is so smart and kind. He loves his cats and his siblings. In 2017 he was diagnosed with chrones, he had it bad for years but no doctor couldn't diagnose. Later that year we were told he had bowel cancer which already had spread to his liver.

Bowel surgery went well, chemo after that and then liver surgery. Another liver surgery this year to get more cancer removed, but unfortunately still more grows. He has been given 6 months to live.

We are wanting to give him a great life with lots of fun events for the short time he remains with us. To make memory's with his younger siblings and us. Our family are needing a bit of help to pay for time away, as well as future medical bills to come.

Liam's Father also has a page here: https://givealittle.co.nz/cause/quality-time-before-the-end

I separated from his father when he was 4 months old, his father has always been in his life. i have been with my husband for the last 16 years and have two more children 12 and 10.

It has been an amazing experience being part of the Give A Little 'community' for the short time we have. So many messages that are heartfelt and are in their own way just as precious as the donation. Many have commented that they haven't donated 'alot' ; but to us all donations are appreciated. And to all thank you so much in restoring our faith in humanity.

we very much appreciate any help you can give him and us.

wellington trip  9 July 2019

Wellington was awesome thanks everyone!. The train trip down (though finding the station in Auckland wasnt too straightforward) along with Weta workshop the Cable Car, movie set tours, indoor climbing wall and Te Papa. All in all we found the wellington people to be so much friendlier than what we have found in auckland( :) )

Now is the hard slog foreward at the moment with intravenous Vit C(@ $460+/Wk) and trips down to Keri keri twice a week.

Thank you all so much for helping us make special memories for Liam.......Morris Family
