My happy Baby surgery

my happy boy was born with testicles but not in his sack they can usually come down by themselves but his left one hasnt and now he needs surgery because it is sitting to high in another sack area and the surgery is out of town. he is due to go under in august and we are trying to get enough together to make it there if he never gets the surgery it could lead to cancer or trouble with his bell area. I am also hoping he wont be allergic to the anesthetic.
