With your help we are certain we can give Teresa (my mother) the comfortable chair she deserves!
Auckland
In September 2016 my mother had her final brain tumour operation number (8)! Spending 105 days in Auckland hospital with numerous infections due to the amount that was taken out. She is now left very little quality of life. She is a loving mother of 2, me and my brother, and a loving wife to my father. She is also a recent grandmother to my daughter lily (10 months). Due to her tumour growing over the years it has effected her mentally and Physically unable to move bearly and very little speech. Unfortunately after her eighth operation she was and is unable to walk and use her right hand. She is well looked after in her hospice in Epsom and we are working on making her life as comfortable as we can, in saying that we're getting her a new wheelchair were she is able to sit comfortably and feel great in it also. We'd love the support or even visits from the community that know us!
Kind regards the Dawson's.
All funds will be going to the remake of her new chair and the weekly rent we pay for her care at Elizabeth Knox Home Hospital.
