Uila has been blessed with the opportunity to compete in Boxing at the Commonwealth games Birmingham England.

Boxing is not fully funded so hoping to seek any assistance to help with costs of being over seas and training.

Our team sets off for 3 week training camp in Ireland July 07 then onwards to Comm games 29 July - 08 August.

Any contribution big or small will be greatly appreciated and remembered.

Uila was born and raised in Otara, South Auckland. He’s extremely proud of his home town and upbringing.

He is a current serving New Zealand Defence Force member.

Infantry by trade he was posted to 2/1 Battalion 10 years.

He is now with the Youth develop Unit (YDU) in Auckland enjoying his role mentoring/ training youth looking to make change in their lives.

He has represented NZ previously just missing out on qualifying for Olympic Games 2019.

Uila fights out of Mayhem boxing team at 92kg + Super heavyweight and will look to represent all that he is at the games.

Uila doesn’t ask for help often and will be extremely humbled by any contribution made.
