Our gingy girl was hit and left to die. Please help us bring her home.

Hi there. My name is jamie. Im a solo mum of two boys. 9 and 10 years old. We have a beautiful small fur baby called gingy. Gingy is so loving and she is an emotional support animal for me and my son. I have bipolar and anxiaty and my son has adhd.

On wednesday night gingy wasnt at home. The last time we had seen her was about 6pm. It wasnt like her to stay out late.

I went looking for her up and down the roads calling her name. But to no avail.

I knew something was wrong. Everything inside me was a knot.

I kept searching all night intill 5am. I couldnt search any more.

At 7am my sons woke up and went looking for gingy aswell. Still nothing. My boys went off to school so worried about her.

At 11am i was woken to a knock on the front door. As i passed my childrens room i saw gingy lying on the mat. I still have no idea how she got there.

But she was crying and was definitly in pain. I put her in a comfy box and made straight to the vets were they gave her pain medication fast.

It has now been two days and we know she has a broken pelvis and femer bone. She requires surgery but the cost is $800 to $1000.

Ive given everything i have so far to the vets which is $180. That has covered the initial things. Every xray, every pain injection, every night she is in there the cost goes up.

But i will do anything i can to help her get better and come home to us.

She is part of our family. I will not put her to sleep when we can save her.

What breaks my heart is i know she was outside for over 12 hours in pain before she got home and i found her. That someone hit her with their car and didnt stop to check her or try find her owner/mum. What my poor baby had gone though.

For the last 2 days i have been trying to sell things to help raise money for the vet bill but everyone keeps saying no stop selling your furniture and try a give a little page.

We are a simple family. We bike everywere. We buy everything second hand ( which we love )

Im on an invilads benifit and am unable to work.

I am trying all things but we need some help to get gingy her surgery and bring her home. Please help us. Even if its $1 its still another $1 towards bringing her home.
