My mother Melaia was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer in October 2017. She is unable to receive any chemotherapy or surgery due to the metastatic nature of the cancer and her current health condition. Only pain relief as required will be given. Currently she is still able to do one of the things she likes best, gardening and enjoys her grandchildren. We currently do not have a time span on how long we will have our mother with us so we are trying to do what we can. One of mums wishes is to get back to Fiji to see her family for one last time.
