Pikelet's in Dire Pain

Pikelet needs urgent surgery for her two cruciate ligaments in both her back legs. She is in real dire pain which is constant and getting worse. She can hardly move without falling down.

The back story - My daughter rescued Pikelet from Christchurch dog rescue 4 years ago. The poor puppy had terrible skin conditions (lost all her fur) had sores and allergies and after many vet sessions it was discovered that she also had extremely low thyroid. We have worked hard to get her back in shape. It has taken 3 years of ongoing treatment. She is on a very strict diet of raw meat and has medication for her thyroid, 8 tablets twice a day. We have spent many hundreds of dollars on her health care. She now needs this urgent surgery on both back legs. The cost is $10,000. I do not have the funds for Pikelets surgery and am now asking for help. This is not something that I have ever done before but feel desperate. As I write this wee Pikelet is at my feet on her bed. She is in dire pain, I have to carry her outside for the toilet. Pikelet is such a gentle and loving girl. She has the best of natures and is worth saving. Please help my Pikelet.
