Canterbury

Pillgrim Bandits New Zealand is a charity which supports injured or adapted Defence Force Service Personnel and Front Line Emergency Services in extreme Adventures and Activities.

Lake Taupo 160km is an extreme bike event being held in November, which Pilgrim Bandits is having 5 personnel pushed outside their comfort zones to participate in. This is the first event of this kind for the Pilgrims.

The aim is to have our Pilgrim Bandits all supporting each other to ensure all start together and finish together after this endurance ride.

On completion the team will aim to all jump out of a plane in a first ever Parachute Jump of the Pilgrim Bandits. This is their way of “going a little further”
