Hey people, I need to raise funds for weight loss surgery

My name is Te Rahiri Mason. Rotorua born & bred. I'm 35 yrs old & I currently weigh in at roughly 260kgs.. I've been big for most of my life, & I've struggled with weight loss for as long as I can remember. I'm trying to sort my life out before I'm too old.
I've been on the waiting list for government funded surgery for over 3 years now, & I've been told I could be waiting for a lot longer..
I'm asking for help to fund life saving Bariatric surgery through the private sector, which can happen as soon as possible..
Other health issues have complicated things, but now is the time to act..
I'm asking for $25,000 in donations from people who can help..

Use of funds
The surgery costs roughly $24000 (which includes aftercare services).
Any surplus funds will be spent on travel expenses & a new pair of walking shoes..
