Please help me be re-united with my soul mate

Kia ora and Hi guys

I have set up this page out of desperation to be re-united with my girlfriend.

Yesterday she was refused entry at the border at Queenstown airport and our plans to start our new life here was ruined.

We and Raph met in Australia but have been apart for 3 months now due to visas in Australia finishing and her visiting friends and family back home( Raphaelle is French) whilst I moved to Queenstown and began to set up a life for us here.

We both applied for working holiday visas to get us started in this country and for my part that has been going well as I have a job with Nzski and a great house(for both of us to live in) with caring housemates to live with.

Raph also had a job offer providing she was able to start the weekend she arrived which of course has now changed.

Raph was refused entry as she did not have the required funds in her account needed to meet the requirements for a working holiday visa. Whilst I know these are the rules and customs were well within their rights to decline to visa I am also aware many people come to New Zealand this way with little or no funds at all.

Raph was treated like a criminal and made to sit alone in a holding area for 5 hours and interrogated constantly. I was sitting maybe 20 metres away behind a wall at arrivals flowers in hand not knowing what was going on and unable to help.

Raph was made to pay 700 dollars for a flight back to Melbourne where she has a tourist visa and cannot work legally to help her situation. We were allowed an hour to see eachother in the airport after 3 months apart and were then forced to split again.

We both work usually in healthcare. I am a radiographer and she is a midwife. Two jobs we know that could be of benefit to the country and would love to persue these carers once re-united and registered.

What would be ideal would be a job offer for Raphaelle so she can come back to this country on a work visa and we can be together without the generosity of others.

I have raphs CV and she is the most employable woman I know with muktiple skills in hospitality as well as her midwifrey.

I am desperate to be with her again am here today to ask for is help from friends, family and local generosity to be fund raph coming back to New Zealand on a visitor or work visa so we can be together and make more ling term plans.

I have witnessed the power of community especially on social media and hope people know we wouldn't ask such a thing if we weren't out of options.
