We need help to pay for the surgery Miss Daisy just had to save her eyes. For her it would be very painful like having eyelashes in her eyes

Miss Daisy is a 6 month old foster kitten who due to her eye conditions can’t be adopted out. We have decided to keep her and give her the care and love she needs. Her treatment is expensive and we need help to raise funds for the surgery she’s just had.
She has a couple of eye issues but the main one that she had surgery for is called eye agenesis which means that her eyelids didn’t form properly or at all. The surgery required the vet to remove part of her unformed eyelid and sew it back together and then also she had to widen her eyes. If this wasn’t done she would eventually loose not just her eyesight but even possibly her eyes themselves. Thank you for your consideration of helping us. Every cent counts and helps. If there are any funds left over after the vets are paid I intend on donating it to a local rescue here in Dunedin
I fostered daisy the cat but after she got to me I noticed her eyes weren’t normal so after vet appointments etc we discovered she can’t be adopted out so she is living with us for the rest of her life
Any money raised will go directly to the vets to pay for her treatment and medicines she needs. Any surplus funds will be donated to a local rescue charity
Thank you so much. Daisy is doing very well and I’m amazed at the job the fabulous vet did. She’s really starting to play again
Mr Marmite thank you for being you and thank mummy for getting me to my mummy
