Please help Janet whilst she concentrates on her recover after transplant surgery.
Canterbury
Janet is currently in Auckland having just undergone a liver transplant. She has been in and out of hospital in Christchurch and was repatriated to Auckland two weeks ago where she was very fortunate to receive a liver.
Janet has had a challenging time recently not only with her health but also she has been unemployed for two years not through lack of trying.
Janet is feeling very grateful but is also worried re finances whilst she recovers. We are trying to take away this worry so she can concentrate on recuperating.
She will spend the next three months in Auckland where she has to have someone with her 24/7 ( friend or family).
It has been a very worrying time for her daughters (Tessa and Katie) friends and family.
Any donations would be gratefully received and I know take a weight of Janet's shoulders.
Any money raised will be used to keep on top of household bills etc and possibly assist with airfares in getting her daughters up and down to see their Mum.
Thank you
I have been friends with Janet for over 20 years since meeting through work. She has been having a difficult time last few years with her health and with that financial challenge as well. I am hoping to raise some money to take that worry away while she concentrates on getting better.
Any donations received will be used to help keep on top of normal household bills
