PLEASE SAVE MY LIFE

Hi everyone, my name is Hien and I am writting on behalf of my sister Thao Pham who is pictured above. She is 28 years old. She is from Vietnam and came to New Zealand on seasonal work visa. About 3 months ago she started to fell ill but she did not see a doctor as she didn't have access to public health care or health insurance. Unfortunately her condition deteriorated quickly and one day she was taken to Auckland hospital by ambulance and was diagnosed with brain cancer.

The doctors had performed surgery to remove part of the tumor, however we were told that as her tumor was very big she would need on-going treatments including radiotherapy, oncology.. etc. The doctor advised her to go back to Vietnam for further treatments as we do not have funding to support her treatment here in New Zealand and she is not eligible for any publicly funded health care. I plan to take her back to Vietnam but it is extremely difficult to book a flight at the moment except waiting for rescue flight and she is not well enough to go on a long-haul flight without medical help.

Please help out and donate so we can fund her treatment here in New Zealand so she has a chance to survive and stop the tumor from spreading further and hopefully get to see our family again in Vietnam as my parents are so desperate. I am the only family she has here in New Zealand. Thank you for helping us out and we are so very grateful for any little help.
