We aim to raise enough funds for a Queenstown safe house and safe nights for women and children escaping domestic abuse in our region.

The Awards & Gala for Women's Refuge Services aims to shine a light on family violence and raise funds for the family violence charities of Otago.

We have set up this give-a-little page to use for the auction at the event, but also as an opportunity for those who can't attend the event but would like to donate to the cause to be able to do so.

The Awards & Gala for Women's Refuge Services aims to raise enough funds to get a safe house right here in Queenstown and also provide many safe nights for the rest of the region. If you would like to help us with this cause you can donate here. Funds raised on this page will be going to The Women's Refuge (Otago branch) and Central-Lakes Family Services. The Awards & Gala for Women's Refuge Services is authorised to collect funds on behalf of these two charities.

Use of funds

ALL proceeds donated to this page will be split between the Otago Women's Refuge & Central-Lakes Family Services. The funds will be paid after the gala on Monday 21st November, 2022.
