our NZ agent got in contact with us last night to let us know they had been in contact with the Thai Central Authority. Things are starting to re-awaken in the world, and the agencies are starting to have more manageable workloads as they grapple their bearings. It's a tough & exhausting time for every one.

An ataahua friend of ours has offered to run an online Scentsy fundraiser in support of our adoption waka.

Pop over to @ambera.scents to join the fundraiser - Amber has pledged 100% of her commission from anything brought in the group fundraiser to be donated to our cause.

Pop over + check out all the yummy smelling things here:

If you are able to give this some awhi + share it around, we'd appreciate it 💞

Thank you + arohanui to everyone who has donated; to those that have shared + helped get word out; and to those who have purchased from Rali & friends; we are truly humbled by your generosity + willingness to help 💞

We have an update to share that our dossier has been authenticated + approved by NZ's DIA, and is currently making its way to Thailand where it will through a similar process with their government.

Wishing for its safe travel because we don't need another lost dossier 😅🙈

  • Update / addendum required

      9 December 2019

Thank you all for your support so far, it has been really humbling. We have had a few updates since starting that page; a little foxtrot with the agencies and post-office, but we are hoping it will be smooth sailing!

    - the agency required an addendum as Rach both works + studies, and therefore had to prove income. This cost us about $300 in legal fees and translation.

    - the documents were (briefly) lost but have since reached the agency. From here, if approved, all of the dossier will be sent to be notarised before making its way to the D.I.A.

We are still waiting for the agency to approve our dossier, and would be greatly appreciative if any one is able to share this page & get the word out.
